We’ll begin with a conversation to explore your health history, current concerns, and what’s brought you here. I’ll also share a simple explanation of the work so you can feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.​

THE TREATMENT

​You’ll stay fully clothed and rest on the massage table. Using gentle reflex testing, I’ll listen to your body’s cues to locate areas of held tension. With light, intentional touch, we’ll begin to release stress, restore flow, and invite your system back into communication and balance.

​​​Healing is a process—not a one-off event. That’s why we begin with three sessions over two weeks. This rhythm gives your body time to integrate, recalibrate, and begin softening long-held patterns.
